Our first cows arrive….

Last week our three long-awaited Dexter cattle arrived at Nonsuch Farm and have made themselves at home in the top field where they are enjoying a rich diet of clover, vetch and chicory as well as grass. They are still quite shy but can be seen occasionally down by the pond near the layby in Butchers Road.We hope to be welcoming four other cows in the coming week as we build a small herd.
