Nonsuch Farm consists of 20ha of arable land and 2.5ha of permanent pasture, along with a site with planning permission for a new farmhouse. It is located in the Parish of Kelsale cum Carlton in East Suffolk.  Nonsuch Farm was acquired in 2022 by Julian and Fiona Cusack, who together form Nonsuch Farm Partnership. Our plans for the farm business have a principal objective of demonstrating an agro-ecological, regenerative approach to farming. While the Partnership intends to demonstrate that the farm enterprises can be profitable, success of the project is considered to be judged equally on the farms ability to demonstrate sustainable farming principles and practices, restore biodiversity and produce nutrient rich food sold directly to local consumers.
